Favorite Books on Lucid Dreaming

Lucid dreaming is a state of dreaming in which the dreamer becomes aware that they are in a dream while the dream is still occurring. This awareness allows the dreamer to have some level of control over the dream’s events, characters, and surroundings. Essentially, during a lucid dream, the dreamer knows they are dreaming and can actively shape or manipulate the dream as it unfolds. Here are our favorite books on lucid dreaming:
